Shaffer’s Cove Condos are centrally located on Lake Anna and adjacent to Anna Point Marina.  All condos feature private boat docking with your own assigned slip.  Boat launching is available next door at the marina.  Each condo has 3 assigned vehicle parking spaces.

All condos have satellite TV with Dish Network programming and wireless internet access.

A recreation area is available exclusively for Shaffer’s Cove guests.  Included are two picnic pavilions with charcoal grills, a grass volleyball court and golf driving net.

Fishing is permitted from the Shaffer’s Cove private boat docking area.  Many nice bass, crappie and catfish have been caught from the docks.

Pets are welcome in many of the units, so check with the individual unit owners for details (no pets in units 6 or 7).”
